Products I have worked on

Here are some links to products I have worked on as product manager or director of engineering. Some are private, and they do not share a lot of information about the products, and some are no longer available, but I hope this will give some insights on the complexity of the technologies I have worked on. 

Alithya: Software Development Advisor and consulting

      • EXO: Oversaw the product management of the Dynamics 365 platform for Customer Service, Marketing and other groups at EXO. Introduced the Omnichannel Chat and the Customer Insight modules. Oversaw the integration of the STM customer data into the EXO CRM as well as the integration of external Adapted Services customer data. Introduced improvements in various areas, including management of escalated tickets and performance improvements. 
      • GoTest: (now RapidQA) Managed the rebranding from Askida CT to GoTest at the beginning of 2022. While working on this product, I introduced integration to Jira to improve traceability and UI/UX improvements as well as the test recorder.
        Worked on releases 3.0.0 to 3.2.0  
      • AGA: Migration of the home built account management platform to the cloud. 

Datavalet: Provider of NaaS and other services for enterprises. 

      • Managed WiFi is a platform for managing WiFi in stores, restaurants and enterprises of all kinds that outsource the management of this infrastructure to Datavalet.

Ad OPT : AD OPT was a division of Kronos / UKG that was sold to IBS software in 2019

      • CRS is a rostering system that generates optimal schedules for pilots and attendants in the airline industry.

      • MPP is man power planning software that forecasts the pilots needed in the near (1 year to long term (10 years) through linear regression.

Coveo : Provider of Enterprise Search, giving the capability to companies to search through private websites and data as on Google.

      • Customer Service: This solution of Coveo was aimed at organisations with large customer service needs that allows customer self service and agent teams to quickly extract from their huge, structured and unstructure knowledge base the right solutions to their problems. 

Chyma: Scheduling and self serve shift exchange platform for the healthcare vertical. Acquired by IsaiX in 2006.

IsaiX: Multiple products aimed at pharmaceutical and banking vertical's sales organizations. 

      • Coach: Recruitment and coaching platform for sales forces in the banking and pharmaceutical industries.
      • eLearning  : Platform for creating online courses
      • AMS: CRM for Pharmaceutical organizations incorporating a web, desktop and mobile platform.
      • Pharmahorizons: Recruitment and training website for pharmaceutical industries
MEI: Consumer Package Goods contract management software. For this product I was an ETL and BI expert.
